The Animal Rescue Committee of Slave Lake held its latest adoption day and it led to six animals finding forever homes. Committee chairperson Dennise McIntyre says that two out of the six animals were cats and the other four were dogs. She calls the event a success overall as a lot of people turned up to see the animals. "It was nice," she says.
